I had an issue with the product I bought, I reported it to company send pictures and video via their whatsapp number and batch numbers. The sent courier company to collect. I waited and waited for them to communicate with but they didn't. I started calling them several times with no feedback. Each time I, called the consultant would told that I should have received the response. Now It almost 4 months with any feedback from them. I am tired of calling them. Last time I called the Consultant, she told me that the matter will taken to the Manager. They gave me a reference number TB2208230024. The matter reported on 22 August 2022, until now waiting for the feedback.

The reason for my call was to check the procedure to follow if I can't afford to pay my instalment and need to make arrangement for less amount that I can afford monthly due to financial constraints. I was okay with my instalments until when the medical aid failed me for not settling the hospital bills in full. His response left me with confusion and he couldn't explain to me. He said my account has to be in arrears in order to make payment arrangements. I told him that I cant afford to do that cause it will affect me and comes with more interest. When I questioned him further about his response, he couldn't respond. Can someone clarify this to me how possible is that?
Dear Sir/Madam<br> <br> Since last year September 2015 I have been noticing that there is an amount of R 99.00 that is getting out of my account.. Someone has been Dr my cheque account without my consent. Yesterday I went to my bank (ABSA) in Pavilion Branch to enquire about this they confirmed what is written in my Bank Statements.<br> <br> I want you to refund my money. I never gave anyone a consent to my account, what you did is fraud and I am not taking this matter low. I want to see justice done and also a person who is an insider who provided fraudulent clients information. I have been told that only Dec & Jan amount that can be reversed..<br> <br> My concern is how possible that an intruder got my banking details and if that possible that means one day all my money in account can be debited to certain intruders and yet you wont know.<br> <br> My instincts tells me that a person who did this is an insider, who knows that my notification reports from R100.00 and He/She knew that if its R99.00 its wont notify me.
