I am renting a printer from Raydian since May 2017. The agreement states that the monthly rental is R627 and 0.08 cent per page printed . The agreement also states that an average amount will be billed if I do not sent my meter readings . For the past few months I was unable to sent meter readings on time or sometime I did not sent them at all. So I am billed R1427-10 every month (R800 more than agreed upon) Raydian takes an average usage- but where do they get this average usage figures from?? They cant sort out the billing problem and every month I receive a ridiculous invoice. Their service is very poor , and they abuse the rental agreements with their clients

We dispute your allegations and hereby note that you are the only customer that we have this problem with.
The reason that you have not received service on your printer is due to the following;
1. Your account is not paid within the 30 days from date of statement as per your current agreed contract.
2. With regards to service, you refuse to follow the call logging procedures that have been explained on numerous occasions via e-mail. This has an impact on our technical teams' ability to service your device.
As always, we want to keep our clients happy and as such we will make contact with you to run you through all processes and procedures again.
