What a useless company. I recommend you stay away from any business unit the have. They sold me useless copiers that don't work properly on a network. Then, they claim to do solar, but ultimately are pathetic. They work unauthorized on your premises (if you are a business), create massive damage to your infrastructure, then take no responsibility. I have them 1-star, but it should be ZERO.

I bought a printer cash from these Raydian sometime in August 2019. They insisted I take their 'service agreement' as part of the sale because they were going to only charge me for the ink I use and also they would 'maintain' the printer as and when required. I paid an average of R500 for the first 3 months and afterward they started debiting about R3500 - R4000 per month as a 'minimum charge' for their services. I reversed the debit orders and after we had a heated argument as to how I never agreed to pay for such expensive ink they admitted to have over-charged me about 10k in error and I chose to overlook the issue because they had agreed to a reimbur*****t. Now just over a month after the agreement they send me invoices for R2.8k and I’m not sure how one can have a monthly printing bill of that amount on ink only because both the printer and bond paper are mine and they rarely come to 'maintain' the printer, so the question begs what exactly am I paying for. I have other printers in my office where i buy ink for an average of R800 and the ink takes me 3 to 4 months per printer. I still do not understand why they make me pay such an exorbitant amount for their (uncalled-for) ink just because, in their own words "I signed the service agreement" I have tried to get reasonable explanation from them for this and we not coming to an agreement. cant help but feel abused and taken advantage of.

Plumbers. Taking a week to replace a geyser. Working for an insurance company. People say they are qualified but they dont know what they are doing. Connecting 15mm water pipes to a 250l geyser in the place of 22mm pipes. Rest of house is 22mm. Some bathrooms is 25m away from geyser. After a week they still arive without the proper equipment.

I am renting a printer from Raydian since May 2017. The agreement states that the monthly rental is R627 and 0.08 cent per page printed . The agreement also states that an average amount will be billed if I do not sent my meter readings . For the past few months I was unable to sent meter readings on time or sometime I did not sent them at all. So I am billed R1427-10 every month (R800 more than agreed upon) Raydian takes an average usage- but where do they get this average usage figures from?? They cant sort out the billing problem and every month I receive a ridiculous invoice. Their service is very poor , and they abuse the rental agreements with their clients
