Exceptional work!
After a minor motor accident, our son's car needed some repairs. Kennedy and his team at Last Hope Panel Beaters did an exceptional job with the repairs and did more than expected. They went the extra mile and provided high quality repairs and paint work. We would recommend them for any kind of panel beating and repainting work. They are situated in Silverton, Pretoria. An unforgettable experience

Unforgettable weekend
What an experience! We were received very friendly by the staff. During our stay, we had the privilege to partake in a number of activities at the Lodge, where the staff were very proficient and well-trained. We went on a very interesting game drive, a relaxing boat cruise, and had a spa experience. Thank you to Adri and her team for an unforgettable weekend.

Five Star trained employees - Cape Road Newton Park
Cape Road Newton Park. It is with gratefulness that I have to mention the great work that these people give. On the 12th of November while on holiday I visited there branch and there Covid stadards were supperb - far above other stores that I have been in. Everytime the counter was sanitized, the bank keypad was sanitized between clients. When I wanted to dispose of my reciet the cassier even lifted the trash basket and this was very impressive. This spoke of good training. There friendlyness was something of another nature. When complimenting even up to management level there was a humble spirit. It does not help to name the individuels as there was excellent training from the Sister, Shop assistants, Cashier, Manager and Info desk. (Landed up by your branch because I fell on my back on the rocks on the beach in Jeffreys the morning and had to travel back to Pretoria, so I was still on holiday in your Province also) So it was a lovely experience. It was lovely doing shopping here and feeling safe at the same time. Five stars to these employees.

Poor service
If I could it would be no star. Going in for 9th day without a geyser. Adult Evaluation center for disabled people that is closed down because of no water because of no water as stop tap connected to geyser. Insurance company not prepared to sent out an assessor to do a decent evaluation for transfer of geyser within safety measures. They sent out a company they had no idea of safety measures, spent most of there time messaging and arrived without equipment. This company also wanted to take short cuts informing us nicely that certain tasks were not there's causing that the work is still not started on day 8. Calls and calls but no service. Two holes in the walls and rubbish on the property and nothing else. So called plumbers left Saturday morning. Another wait.

Bad service and short cuts
Plumbers. Taking a week to replace a geyser. Working for an insurance company. People say they are qualified but they dont know what they are doing. Connecting 15mm water pipes to a 250l geyser in the place of 22mm pipes. Rest of house is 22mm. Some bathrooms is 25m away from geyser. After a week they still arive without the proper equipment.
