Worst fibre (internet ) service provider !!! There is no customer care- waited for an hour on their whatsapp line just to hear they are busy. They charge you every month ,but you do not get what you pay for . They only care about sales- no after service. Stay away from them!!!!!!!!!!

The service we receive from Crocs is just not satisfactory. I placed a order on 29-12-2023, and today on 06-01-2024 still did not receive my order. The courier DPD Laser is giving me the run around. Why must a client follow up everyday to see where their package / order is. Crocs please get a new courier company you can use.
I am trying to cancel my rain subscription for the past 3 months . If you eventually do get hold of someone to talk to, they tell you some BS story of they cannot find your account number. Yet they still keep in debiting my bank account every month. So now I am paying two servi e providers monthly because Rain is to useless ro assist clients
Our company app**** for.accreditation as an SDP in August 2022. Untill now 29 March 2023 we struggle just to get an outcome on our assessment. When you phone the Seta, they never answer and if they do answer you get the same story everytime. Employees of the Seta does not answer emails and when I went to their offices, I.was told they have a backlog. It is a nightmare working with the Services Seta
I am with Netstar , account number 10735293. I have two tracking devices installed in our company bakkies. We sold one bakkie during the lockdown and since then struggles to get Netstar to remove the unit from the bakkie that was sold and install it in our new bakkie. They still bill me every month ,although they know the unit is in the old vehicle. My insurance and myself contacted Netstar several times to make a booking for them to install a unit in our new bakkie. The client services lady called and we made a booking for today 13h00. I also informed her that the bakkie will be on a construction site, because we use it for our business. The technician arrived at 14h00 on site, only to inform me that he cannot install the unit, it is against protocol because the site is not secure. What nonsense, my other bakkie was fitted on site. It is not against Netstar's protocol to take your money every month for something you do not have?
Please get competent drivers because your drivers do not deliver packages. Been sitting the past two days at home waiting for a package , when I track the waybill, the system shows delivery failed client contact unavailable. The call center makes empty promises and clients struggle to get their packages. I will never use RAM!
I bought a Delphi diagnostic machine through their online shop. When the product was delivered I discovered that it was a cheap replica. I contacted the company, and their manager told me to return the product for a refund. I did return the product to their shop in Kempton Park, only to be told that they will EFT the refund into my bank account. This did not happen. I got hold of the owner "Justice" . He is a racist and sarcastic person. He refused to pay back my money after they took back their cheap replica. They are thieves and are absolutely racist towards white people.
We bought the family treat six piece from the KFC on 14 March. The chicken was not well cooked and I had to go to the doctor the next day. I was diagnosed with a stomach bug. KFC rally need to improve on their service and quality. I will never buy KFC again.
I am renting a printer from Raydian since May 2017. The agreement states that the monthly rental is R627 and 0.08 cent per page printed . The agreement also states that an average amount will be billed if I do not sent my meter readings . For the past few months I was unable to sent meter readings on time or sometime I did not sent them at all. So I am billed R1427-10 every month (R800 more than agreed upon) Raydian takes an average usage- but where do they get this average usage figures from?? They cant sort out the billing problem and every month I receive a ridiculous invoice. Their service is very poor , and they abuse the rental agreements with their clients
