Lashluv After Sales Service is Shocking

After sales service is TERRIBLE. I've been in contact with Lashluv for 2 weeks trying to return the the product for a refund. All I've received is back and forth email communication asking stupid questions. I am sure the communication is from a bot and the company is not legit otherwise this matter would have been resolved already. If not, then their employees need training. I will be sure to write this review on every advert that comes across my page until this matter is resolved.
