I have used LastMinuteGolf a few times already and never had any problems with bookings and payments
On the 29th of April I paid for a round of Golf at Akasia Golf Club and when I arrived there the booking was never made and I had to pay again.
I sent in a complaint email to be refunded that same Saturday - No response The Monday I sent in another follow up email - No Response The Thursday I sent in another email - No response
Yesterday (11 May 2023) almost 2 weeks later (7 working days later - excluding 1 May Public Holiday) I phoned the call center a very friendly lady assisted me and took my details. She would have sent me an email yesterday where I can lodge the complaint and be assisted to be refunded - I am still waiting for this email.
LastMinuteGolf is a fantastic way of saving money when wanting to play good golf courses, but this experience has me very disappointed for there email responsiveness and call center service does not exist - Be sure to lose your money if something like this happens - Don't even try
