I recently moved homes and had to move my modem and connection as well. It took me three days to eventually have my call answered by a consultant. I stated calling on a Thursday and requested a move request on a Friday. I phone AGAIN on a Saturday because waiting on a phone call for 60 to 90 minutes is absurd as I have to work as well. When my call was eventually answered the Saturday I was told to put in a move request, after which I rep**** that I did, hence my call, because no one has called me yet and I can't wait on the phone the whole flippen day. The consultant then told me that the moving team unfortunately only works from Monday's to Friday's and that I should call again on Monday... Monday - Called, waited again for over 40 minutes, then my airtime ran out. Bought airtime, called, had to wait in line again for more than 40 minutes. Eventually gave up Tuesday - Called to escalate the matter, which took me more than an hour, a technician from openserve eventually contacted me to connect my modem. He did what he could, but relised that the fibre lines were cut, why would someone cur a Fibre mine ? Anyway, he told me that a different technician will call me to install a new cable, I asked him why can't he do it, he said no he is can't do it, a different technician has to do it... Wednesday came and went with no one calling me Thursday a guy rocked up at my place without any prior call or appointment, luckily my wife was home so she could let him in. He fixed the cable and the tech from Tuesday had to come in again He came the Friday and connected it, and then told me, ok now I have to call Mweb so they can connect my WiFi I AGAIN called Mweb, waited for 90 minutes just to be told that Openserve should connect it from their side first. I rep**** that they already did and that is why I was calling. The lady said oh ok, then I should wait 24hours my wifi should be able to work again.... My WiFi was working Saturday morning but the modem connects and disconnects to and from the whole internet intermittently Guess I will have to call them again After paying R699.00 for March Buying over R250.00 airtime And losing my sh*t My wifi is at least now working intermittently...

I have used LastMinuteGolf a few times already and never had any problems with bookings and payments On the 29th of April I paid for a round of Golf at Akasia Golf Club and when I arrived there the booking was never made and I had to pay again. I sent in a complaint email to be refunded that same Saturday - No response The Monday I sent in another follow up email - No Response The Thursday I sent in another email - No response Yesterday (11 May 2023) almost 2 weeks later (7 working days later - excluding 1 May Public Holiday) I phoned the call center a very friendly lady assisted me and took my details. She would have sent me an email yesterday where I can lodge the complaint and be assisted to be refunded - I am still waiting for this email. LastMinuteGolf is a fantastic way of saving money when wanting to play good golf courses, but this experience has me very disappointed for there email responsiveness and call center service does not exist - Be sure to lose your money if something like this happens - Don't even try
