Be very careful

My experience with this agent was consistently poor. They were almost always “too busy” to deal with basic issues and I had to chase for even simple responses. They use sub-par contractors and then pass on inflated charges.I was quoted R3,800 for what amounted to a basic 5L paint job. After moving out, my deposit was withheld for well over a month because the agent was away or unavailable, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, the service was inefficient, overpriced, and dismissive. I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for professionalism or accountability.
