Be very careful
My experience with this agent was consistently poor. They were almost always “too busy” to deal with basic issues and I had to chase for even simple responses. They use sub-par contractors and then pass on inflated charges.I was quoted R3,800 for what amounted to a basic 5L paint job. After moving out, my deposit was withheld for well over a month because the agent was away or unavailable, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, the service was inefficient, overpriced, and dismissive. I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for professionalism or accountability.

RENT ***** - LAURENE TRAFALIS PROPERTIES
I highly recommend both people who are leasing out properties or renting a property through LTP, to be EXTREMELY CAREFUL. Both owners of this company *****s and commits ***** to its customers. You can have all the proof you need to fight against claims made for your deposit or anything, however in the end you will be left with NO deposit and it will always be their word or the owners against yours. I hope this will save and help people before it is too late. #***** #*****ING

Best Property Agent Laurene from Trafalis Properties
I recently bought a house from Laurene and her service was outstanding, she offered me great advice and support, she assisted with the transfer and Laurene's after sales service was absolutely phenomenal. I have never dealt with such a professional and friendly agent with any of my other properties I bought. She never rush clients to make a decision and her recommendation was always honest and sincere In my opinion this lady is the top agent in Johannesburg and I can highly recommend Laurene from Trafalis Properties, what a wonderful experience I had when dealing with Laurene!

Best Property Agent Laurene from Trafalis Properties
I recently bought a house from Laurene and her service was outstanding, she offered me great advice and support, she assisted with the transfer and Laurene's after sales service was absolutely phenomenal. I will never use this agency again and do not recommend it all. They ensure to take care of you when you use them as an agency/service but she is like a sheep in wolves clothing. When it comes to you leaving the apartment and ending your lease you can say goodbye to your deposit, they will find every little possible excuse or every little problem in your rented apartment and charge you for it even though you took care of the apartment ensured that you left it in good standing condition. Not happy with their services at all, they won’t take care of you as a client in the end.
