Unhappy Rudi
I am responding to the unfounded complaint by Rudi, I did request assistance from Hello Peter to respond to this complaint formally I was charged R599.00 and was told to wait for their attorney to asssit me. I am still waiting shall I give Hello Peter a 1 star rating for charging me and not assisting? Rudi is not our Insured client, I find it very interesting that although Rudi is not an Insured client of AC & E , Hello Peter still allow Rudi to give AC & E a negative review because he is unhappy with our claims process. As a registered FSP AC & E Group does not have the luxury to respond to Rudi on a public website. We will hand Rudi's complaint over to our attorney to explain to Rudi how the claim process work. TT Connect the best fibre option!
I would just like to compliment TT Connect on their service, it is super efficient, fast and professional. TT Connect upgraded their service in our area, Madeleine called me for an appointment that suit me, she was very friendly and service orientated, Kevin attended to our upgrade and he went out of his way to ensure our connection is up and running, the speed is up to the required level and there is no problems. Even during loadshedding we receive excellent connection and service from TT Connect. I moved to TT Connect from another supplier where we had endless problems and it is just a pleasure to have the service and support from such a reliable company such as TT Connect. Best Insurer in the Market!
Fantastic company to deal with. My company is insured with New National Assurance under their Commercial section, we recently had a motor vehicle claim and the service was outstanding, we immediately received a courtesy vehicle delivered to our staff member that had the accident's home, the period was extended free of charge, we were kept up to date on the progress of the repairs of our vehicle and they also collected the courtesy vehicle after use from our premises, the vehicle was repaired to our satisfaction, as new. We were assisted by Dawn Subramoney and Nesisa Mbambo, both ladies had been sympathetic, friendly, helpful and made a bad experience very easy to deal with and they were both extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with, clearly very experienced in making sure clients receive the very best service! We would highly recommend New National Assurance as the best Insurer in the market!

Halaal Meat Woolworths Bedfordview
I have on numerous occasions requested the manager at Woolworths Bedfordview, to please keep a Halaal meat section for Muslim customers, just to be ignored yet again. Bedfordview has a large Muslim community there is a beautiful Masjid just down the road from Woolworths in walking distance, but every time this manager obo Woolworths respond that I can drive to Woolworths Eastgate, I did drive to Eastgate only to find a very small end portion of the one shelve that had a VERY SAD choice of Halaal meat. I would like to know why does Woolworths not cater for Muslims customers in every food shop with regards to all meat? Muslim customers spend huge amounts on all their other products but when it comes to Halaal meat Woolworths just cannot be bothered, there is no whole chickens or even chicken pieces, red meat, lamb or burger patties that is Halaal in Woolworths Bedfordview. In a country where freedom of religion is acknowledged should a a shop like Woolworths not supply a choice of meat to all religious groups?

Best Property Agent Laurene from Trafalis Properties
I recently bought a house from Laurene and her service was outstanding, she offered me great advice and support, she assisted with the transfer and Laurene's after sales service was absolutely phenomenal. I have never dealt with such a professional and friendly agent with any of my other properties I bought. She never rush clients to make a decision and her recommendation was always honest and sincere In my opinion this lady is the top agent in Johannesburg and I can highly recommend Laurene from Trafalis Properties, what a wonderful experience I had when dealing with Laurene!
