Dereliction of responsibility
There is a nuisance cat being allowed to roam the neighbourhood uncared for by the owners, resident at the above address. The cat has damaged our bougainvilleaContact tree extensively, with large, deep scratches on the bark, together with defecating on newly planted shrubs & plants, which have subsequently perished. In addition to the above, the cat jumps over our fence and defecates in our garden beds, leaving a nasty stench. Have approached the owner on several occasions, with NO assistance at all and this has been ongoing for several months. Am totally disgusted to have to live with neighbours who have a complete don't care attitude. This issue has been reported to the Law Enforcemnt Section on the following dates, who NO RESPONSE, to have the animal removed from the property: 13 October 2025, ref. no. 100 277 4247, spoke to Tyrees 21 October 2025, ref. no. 100 278 6292, spoke to Natashe 27 October 2025, ref. no. 100 279 6158, spoke to Sharmaine 31 October 2025, no re. no. provided, but Logan stated that the case was logged with Law Enforecment, but the official was off-duty !!! This is a service provided by the City of Cape Town, but its officials appear to adopt a DON'T CARE ATTITUDE, after numerous logged requests.

Law Enforcement is disappointing. People of Umtata at Mfuleni complained to Law Enforcement about the certain house that open the s**** yard. Law Enforcement went there several times but the last time they went there; they came with the report saying there is not s**** there only the plastic and other staff which is nonsense and cars are s****ped there in front of many people. The people question now if the Law Enforcement was not paid because that is possible and too many *******ion where Police excepting bribes while people suffer.

S**** Yrad in Umtata Street Mfuleni
There is a S**** Yard on a residential street. I called Law Enforcement and told them about the situation. Law enforcement has vowed to go there. When I saw that things were going on after we went into the s**** yard, houses were being broken into, people were being looted and s**** cars were parked in front of people's houses, I called Law Enforcement again and he told me that he had been there and he gave them a letter to people to stop what they were doing there. But this is still going on, the streets are dirty, dirty, and so many of them we are still able to park our cars in front of our garages and we are not feeling safe but Law Enforcement is dragging their feet.

s**** yard in the street
There is a place in Umtata Street with the s**** yard in the street where people are staying which is courses a lot of problem for the people in the area. Ever since that s**** yard started they break in the houses and people getting ****** in the street and too many Mapharas . I reported the issue to the Law Enforcement and I was told that the law enforcement was there and those people were told to move the s**** in the area up until now most of us we cannot move out of our garage because they park their s**** cars so I feel that law enforcement is failing us and our lives are in danger.
