Dear Shoprite Management, I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service I recently experienced at your Bluedowns shoprite . I noticed that the tellers were often left to handle process the packing of groceries without any assistance. This not only places a considerable burden on the tellers but also results in longer wait times for customers, as the lines can become quite lengthy. I believe that providing additional support for the tellers could greatly enhance the overall shopping experience and improve customer satisfaction.
I inquire about my recent water bill to Nelson Mandela Metro Municipality, which appears to be significantly higher than expected. I was informed that the billing figures are accurate, but there may be a leak. However, I have received conflicting information regarding access to my property, as I was told that the meter readers could not enter my yard due to a locked gate. I point out that the dates provided to me regarding the locked gate are misleading, as I did not have a yard or gate during that time. I responded previously to clarify that there is no leak in my property, and the communication I received indicates otherwise. I believe it's crucial for the municipality to ensure accurate and transparent communication in these matters, as it affects residents greatly.
I am reaching out to express my concerns regarding the recent water billing practices in Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality. It has come to my attention that discrepancies in billing amounts are becoming increasingly common. For instance, receiving a bill of R55,000, followed by another the next month for R65,000, raises serious questions. Many residents, particularly those in RDP houses, are struggling to make sense of these charges, which appear arbitrary and unjust. I believe that there are systemic issues at play that may be leading to poor billing practices, potentially harming vulnerable communities. It is imperative that the municipality addresses these practices to restore trust and ensure fair treatment for all residents. This is really pathetic and people must come out and boycotte this.
I am writing to express my concerns about the recent water meter billing from the Port Elizabeth Municipality. It seems that instead of actual readings, estimates are being made which have led to a significant increase in our bill. For instance, our service was initially R60,000, but it suddenly surged by R10,000, summing up to R70,000. This is a concerning discrepancy, especially since the increases typically observed have been within the range of R1,000 to R2,000.
Law Enforcement is disappointing. People of Umtata at Mfuleni complained to Law Enforcement about the certain house that open the s**** yard. Law Enforcement went there several times but the last time they went there; they came with the report saying there is not s**** there only the plastic and other staff which is nonsense and cars are s****ped there in front of many people. The people question now if the Law Enforcement was not paid because that is possible and too many *******ion where Police excepting bribes while people suffer.
You must never trust Mfuleni Blue Downs Police station. That police station you can die while waiting for them and they will never come but promising they will come. To be honest it is a useless police station I ever seen.
There is a place in Umtata Street with the s**** yard in the street where people are staying which is courses a lot of problem for the people in the area. Ever since that s**** yard started they break in the houses and people getting ****** in the street and too many Mapharas . I reported the issue to the Law Enforcement and I was told that the law enforcement was there and those people were told to move the s**** in the area up until now most of us we cannot move out of our garage because they park their s**** cars so I feel that law enforcement is failing us and our lives are in danger.
I really want to leave Multichoice and buy myself a wifi. We are missing a lot of exciting games for Africa world cup qualifiers while they keep on playing European and its time to leave them now because really they are useless to me now.
My wife open a case in Mfuleni Blue downs Police station on the 18 of January. My son was stabbed on the chest but up until now nothing happened , Police didnt even come to our house nor going to the boy who stabbed my son. that is why you see people taking law into their own hands because this is really a bad service.
I have been getting too many calls from these people and this is really annoying and they must take my name off their list.
