Never use this company
Terrible service. Unfriendly staff and just dropped the lawn on my front driveway after being told " that is what we do". Do not use this company whatever you do! Will never ever use them again.

Lay a Lawn CC Kuilsriver, Cape Town
A caution to all - do business with this CC at your peril. They have no business ethics. I got a telephonic quote to remove old lawn, level ground, apply compost, & lay new lawn 70m2. I asked twice if they wanted to come to the house to measure and check levels, both declined. I paid R6k in full as per their terms. On arrival the foreman measured and told me it was 95m2, and they would not remove a small mound of old soil/grass. As we couldn’t agree on how much more to pay, I suggested the office refund me and I’ll get someone else. I was then told I would forfeit 10% for “costs”. They refunded my money minus R604 the next day. What a nice way to make extra on every job! Decline to come to site to measure & quote, then arrive & tell the client they short-measured, argue vociferously, then leave and retain 10% of what was paid in full. The owner twice told me I had told them to “F… off my property”, which is total lies. Do NOT use them in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. You WILL be sorry!! Business morals & ethics are non-existent!!!

Poor Service, Disgusting Attitude &
We ordered an instant lawn from Lay-a-Lawn Cape Town and gave all specifications of our requirements telephonically.<br> After arriving 2 hours late for the appointment pre-arranged days earlier, Mr Moller asked my domestic worker to rearrange my furniture in our house inorder to get his equipment in to our yard. <br> I had to cancel my afternoon patients to return home to see Mr Moller, who initially made the appointment for 13h00.<br> When I arrived home - after already creating chaos in my home by moving all our furniture, Mr Moller abruptly said that he was not prepared to do the job at my house.<br> When asked why- he said that the job was too risky and that my lawn was too small - I ordered 30m2 of lawn from Lay-lawn which was already invoiced the day before. <br> Mr Moller then just drove his bakkie away.<br> I then phoned his office and spoke to his employee who called Mr Moller on his vehicle radio &
