Terrible service. Unfriendly staff and just dropped the lawn on my front driveway after being told " that is what we do". Do not use this company whatever you do! Will never ever use them again.
I am extremely disapointed in the service I have received via Netflorist! Living abroad, I was only too happy to log on to Netflorist and purchase my dad something for Father's day, and what a huge mistake it turned out to be. I will never be using your services again! Firstly, my credit card was double debited for my order and I still have not received the refund. Secondly, I then get an email to say the promotional wine that I received with my order did not pull through and that I could use a credit on my next order for this inconvenience. However, in the body of the email it said I have ordered a gift for James and my delivery was for Somerset West???????. Absolutely totally incorrect. I replied to the email address asking Netlforist to advise on what this was as I had to which I am still waiting on a response. The wine was never delivered. I will not ever be using Netflorist again this coupon code is a bit of a slap in the face.. Thirdly, and the biggest one of all. The delivery of the "worlds best dad" donuts was supposed to have taken place on the 15th of June. After not hearing from Netflorist for a while, I had to personally follow up as to where my order was, only to be forwarded an email from the driver and told that they had tried my dad's office but could not get hold of him as he was out. Once my dad was back at the office, I was then very rudely told that they could not go back to the office and do the delivery as they had other deliveries to do but could deliver to an alternate address on the Saturday. After instructing my dad to phone in and give the alternate address which he did, he was informed that this could not take place and that they would instead bake him a new, fresh batch and deliver it to his work on Tuesday. All was okay until yesterday which was Monday, he unexpectedly got the delivery which was meant for Tuesday and it was beyond stale donuts in packaging that was a complete joke. The icing had melted everywhere and completely ruined the donuts making them messy and unappetizing. This meant that what had actually happened was that the batch that was delivered was certainly not a new batch but the same batch that had were meant to be delivered on Friday. How you as a business can think delivering a gift to someone in this way with your reputation on the line is beyond my wildest dreams. By trying to cut costs of not baking a fresh batch, you have actually now lost a customer for life which is way more valuable that a R390 box of donuts.. Shame on you Netflorist, you should know better... I trusted to make my Father's day a treat from half way across the world and what a nightmare it actually turned out to be.
