A month after paying the deposit for my lounge suite, I still did not receive it. After being led on with false problems made by the lady who promised to expedite the order, I finally received the lounge suite yesterday and it is of extremely poor quality. It has a terrible odor which is making me ill. The foam is terrible, it's awfully hard and uncomfortable to sit on. The stitching is skew. The edges are curved and bumpy. The workmanship is really bad. Spoke to Ismail who initially promised to refund me and now they both refuse to refund my money. I told Ismail that I would open a case against them at The National Consumer Council and he said that they would simply change their business name and operate under a different name. It's scary to note how ************ some companies are. It saddens me that the workmanship of the couch is so poor. I really feel hard done in by Layzee Lounge and it appears that I am one of many.
