Bad management and service

I was a guest at Le Franschhoek hotel and spa for 4 nights last week. I recommended the hotel to a friend of mine who is a tour operator from Switzerland. The first time I visited I got burgled 4 years ago.The security weren't good.

My insurance paid our for losses incurred. Second time around i still recommended the hotel.I was utterly disgusted with the new management and the service beyond bad.The jacuzzi weren't working for the whole duration of our stay.

The staff were not very helpful. The general manager was unfriendly when I brought everything to his attention.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone as I am well traveled being in the service and hospitality industry for 30 years.i have traveled extensively abroad for work.

All I can say our experience was not good.
