It is with regret that I need to report the very poor service rendered by Zizipho at the Checker Uniq Fourways Mall retail shop. During or about Spetember 2025 I purchased a men's knitted collar shirt in the sum of about R 400. After the first hand wash a hole appeared at the base of the button part of the collar. Today 10th October 2025 I approached the Manager at the Fourways Mall Shop and her response to me was dismal. Instead of offering a recourse and a solution to resolve the problem Zizipho demanded the receipt and rep**** that she cannot assist me herein at all. Her disposition was rude and aggressive and quite nasty. Zizipho additionally pursued a denigratory argument towards me and point blank refused to offer a resolve which goes against all the principles of store management and good customer service. Zizipho's attitude towards me was noted as nasty, unfriendly and disrespectful and she is definitely not an asset to the Checkers Group let alone poor management material. I was a guest at Le Franschhoek hotel and spa for 4 nights last week. I recommended the hotel to a friend of mine who is a tour operator from Switzerland. The first time I visited I got burgled 4 years ago.The security weren't good. My insurance paid our for losses incurred. Second time around i still recommended the hotel.I was utterly disgusted with the new management and the service beyond bad.The jacuzzi weren't working for the whole duration of our stay. The staff were not very helpful. The general manager was unfriendly when I brought everything to his attention. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone as I am well traveled being in the service and hospitality industry for 30 years.i have traveled extensively abroad for work. All I can say our experience was not good.
I am writing this review to warn the public of the brutality and the manner in which whitfield property management handles their clients.They are the most insensitive,have no gratitude and humanity towards anyone. It's shocking to see how the swindle money from homeowners.i had the most shocking experience today.I want to warn the public. If ever you need to buy a property where whitfield is the body corporate Agent think twice.I am selling my property and getting out of this mess.Dont ever buy where they are your managing agent.I never in my existence experienced a corporate company who employs people with no customer service skills.
Good morning. I recently flew Kalula Airlines .I am a frequent flyer and for the life of me I will never support this airline Again.I was totally and utterly disgusted in the way I was treated by there groundstaff at Lanseria Airport. My return flight from Cape Town the same thing happened. I flew down as foe a funeral. An unexpected death in my family. They couldn't care less.i need to put this out in the public. I flew for SAA for 25 years I knew the airlines standard of customer inside out.This wasn't the case.i am spreading the word to all my friends and family locally and abroad never to fly Kalula. I had a very bad incident today at Doppio Zero in Pineslopes a restaurant which I frequently visited. I have been emotionally disturb by the behavior of the owner of Doppio Zero in Pineslopes fourways. I will definitely spread the word amongst my colleagues family and friends to never support his business. I was verbally and personally attacked today . I flew flew SAA for 25 years as senior crew internationally. I was in the service industry. He has no work ethics and I will make sure I get the word out in public and in the country You treat people with dignity and respect
