I am not helped by Le-Morgan they want more money from me

This le-Morgan people are not assisting me, instead they want me to pay for that how can I pay for something that was never there before? I reported this matter before and they told me to pay and asked them what am I paying for, now again they are insisting. Le-Morgan is bullying me, I cannot be their long time customer and they treat me like nobody, I am still their customer even now there are other things that I bought from them and still pay for them.
