The Le-Morgan does not telling the truth this matter is not of 2016 they know very well it reflect in their system. After seeing that they have not put the complete braai stand I contacted them and tell them that they have given me something that is not working they wanted me to pay for transport so I asked them why should I pay for the transport whereas is them that made the mistake then they refuse to bring the complete braai stand. How can they reduce to replace something that they can see that they have sent me a wrong thing
This le-Morgan people are not assisting me, instead they want me to pay for that how can I pay for something that was never there before? I reported this matter before and they told me to pay and asked them what am I paying for, now again they are insisting. Le-Morgan is bullying me, I cannot be their long time customer and they treat me like nobody, I am still their customer even now there are other things that I bought from them and still pay for them. I am not going be bul**** by Sizwe it will never happen
I bought a multicooker from Lemorgan and asked them that I need a electric braai stand and the lady told me that they are fished but he will include the usual one that is used with the coal for braai, so when my order arrived I checked the cooker and the braai stand I didn’t check because for that time I was not going to use it at any time. In December I took the box to home still sealed because I told them that I have a braai stand when I arrive and we tried to open for use the braai grid was not there and I called Le-Morgan for replacement but they wanted me to pay for delivery and my argument was that I was not the one who did a mistake so they need to take the responsibility as the company to send that and even today there is nothing that has been done. I am staying with something that is not working
I will never recommend Solo shoes to anyone because they did not even take pains to respond or to attend my problem, even when I was at their store at Matlosana Mall the lady who is working there did not want to use their land line saying they are not allowed to do that if I want to call head office I need to use my phone. So it is clear that Solo store and its management do not know customer service.
I layby a pair of white shoes from solo shoes last year at Potchefstroom Mooirivier and when I went there I saw a message that says the shop is closed so we can check our shoes at solo shoes,Matlosana Mall. I went to Matlosana Mall and told them that I need to paid up my shoes but I need to change them as I do not need the white colour now so they told me that it won’t be possible because the items are not loaded in their system yet, and I kept on checking them until last month they told me that the items are loaded when I went there to change the item they told me that they are going to take 10% from the amount that I have paid because the layby had expired and I told them that but it was not my fault as I have been checking on them regularly but there was nothing happening, so I had to let them to take the 10% from the money because it was long story and the manager said I need to pay that 10% and they showed me the message that when the layby has expired the 10% should be taken and I told them that I do not dispute that but my matter is not the same, so I need solo to pay back my money because I did not fault them they are the one who did not treat me well.
I have been using a router and iPhone contract with vodacom for a very long time. And I was unable to use the data that is in my router because my router was ****** and I took the SIM card and put it in my tablet so that I can be able to use it unfortunately I was unable to use it until my contract ended so I told them that I am not going to renew a contract because I am unhappy as I am unable to use my data to the advice that I got was it will work on the router and I cannot leave a lot of data to go to waste so I agree to get another router but still I am not benefiting from my router whereas vodacom is deducting the money from my account every time. So now I asked them for assistance today now they told me that the data is taken from my phone by the name that I don’t know, I am not benefiting. So I need my data back of all the months that they took from me.
I bought some stuff from le-Morgan including a censor dust bin and braai stand, the time I wanted to use a braai stand I found that the top lid is not included in the box, so I called them to report, after several days they cameback to me and tell me that they will replace it but I need to pay a transport fee. So I asked them that, Why should I pay whereas that is not my fault and all that and one of the consultants told me that I should pay because it was a long time and it can happened that someone stole it, so I explained to him that I am staying with my son only how can he say that and if it was like that why is the box still sealed. The censor of the dustbin did not work after three months and I did not report it now it is the braai stand, and now I should pay whereas I have paid a lot of money to buy those things, I think that they are not considerate on that regard. I am not happy at all!
I bought a mortgage by the assistance of Talitha Foit Tolmay and she gave me a good service but when times went by, there were some other things that I was not happy about including the tile in the bathroom, the lights. 1. She tried to fix those lights but in the bedroom where it was trying to work while it was not 100% good, she came with someone who can fix them but with no luck, it did not work and she decided not to come and fixed it. 2. The tiles in the bathroom are not matching with the present one and they were not put properly and she agreed that she will buy the one that matched and she has never come to fix them when I try to communicate with her she is not answering my whatsapp as it was our way of conversing. 3. The burglar door is not working and I once lock it and I was unable to come out, I had to call locksmith and they charge me a lot and I raise that with her so she said that’s my responsibility because I am the one who make it not to work and later on the owner told us that it had never lock it because it has a problem so that became my problem and I have inherited that from the previous owner because of the Broker who was assisting me. 4. The cabinet in the kitchen are not in good condition, I raised that with her so she tried to fix them by herself and that did not work. So I have inherited those problems because my broker did not take initiative in regard to that. I am doing this because she is not responding to me, this is my last hope, because I do not have money to fix those 4 items above.
I did a shopping in Potchefstroom and I bought long Johns at woolworths, only to find out when I arrive at home in Mafikeng that they are white in color so I returned them to woolworths the Crossing in Mafikeng and they told me that they cannot take them as they regard them as underwear but I tried to reason with them that they are not used they can check them because it will show so the manager told me that I did a mistake and they cannot be accountable for it. I am not happy at all with that answer. I thought that they will check it and confirm. That’s really rude to say that to a customer, I do not have money to buy the other one. So I thought they will see to it how best can they assist me, instead they give me an attitude.
I had rented a flat for 2 years at Harcourts in Potchefstroom and the treatment that I received from them is not good. There was a time where I was at home and we got a call to say there is water that is coming from my flat to down the other shop of milk, and I was told to pay for the damage but in my flat there was nothing that is damaged, and they said that will show after sometime but nothing showed. And there was amount of R 600 and couple of cents that I paid. And when I leave the flat at the end of February, I raise the matter with them because they were suppose to pay me my key deposit and when they inspect the flat there was nothing damaged and they refuse to pay my money back as they said the damage that happened is my responsibility, how I don’t know. So I need my money back from Debbie, Suzen and Pieter. I need your assistance. Hello Peter.
