Shoddy service and money hungry organisation
What a shocking experience, I needed someone to fix my leaky washing machine, having used this company 5 years ago I never hesitated to contact them, to my surprise they refused to come out until I paid upfront for labour and call out , then after the faulty part was repaired the technician proceeded to convince me to replace a whole lot of additional parts that were still working due to the machine being old, which would have cost me the same as a new machine ! After that he refused to leave until I paid the cost of the part despite not being able to send me the invoice for this, not only that they were quick to take my money for the call out and sloppy to arrange a technician to come out , I had to phone and nag them and only once I asked for them to refund my money if they were not prepared to come out did a technician call me the following day for a booking

18 Mar 2023, 07:29This machine is 23 years old. It is not possible to diagnose parts affected by wear and tear until the technician is physically on site and has inspected the machine. Not replacing wear and tear parts when they require replacement simply results in a further call outs and more costs, less than adequate performance, and possibly also further and more serious damage to equipment.
The technician performed his work as required by us. We would not be performing our job in a professional manner if we had not fully inspected the entire machine and advised the customer of wear and tear parts requiring imminent replacement - this would simply result in a further breakdowns, costs and complaints weeks or months down the line.
- The customer was quoted 13.03.23.
- Proof of payment was received on 14.03.23 – 10:36.
- The call was processed 14.03.23 – 13:10.
- Customer called and call confirmed on the 16th for repair on the 17th. (due to high call volumes and technicians having already being scheduled for other prior calls logged)
- Technician dispatched as committed on the 17.03.2023.
