Beware *****sters
Beware these *****sters - Lessie Joel Manzi , they requested a deposit before coming out, and out collected my dishwasher - never to be seen again, ignoring calls and if you go to their address as per the quote it’s a bogus address. Please be careful and do not deal with this company.

Stay away from King Price
Shocking experience with king price , they are incapable of simple admin , changed the insurance on my daughters car from me to her , they firstly debited the incorrect t bank account then short paid me when I complained , thus leaving me out of po let with bank charges and inconsistencies !

Shocking service - no Support / upholding their timeLines
Think 6 times before engaging with this business school , for starters if you try to contact their call Center , you may as well not try they only call back (if you are lucky - the next day) they don’t release the material on their online system as per their timelines , best engage with another business school, this is a last for me

Rules of the game has changed to prejudice bank clients
After going through 12 months on my facility which motivated me to move my bank to discovery, they change the rules of the game with their new and “ improved” rewards programme, this has turned out to be a **** , what used to be relatively possible to achieve my spend goal, where over spend points carried over to the next week, now they fall away. What’s more is be careful if you exceed your spend goal for 2 weeks in a row, suddenly your spend goal will quadruple, making it impossible to achieve consistently, where I was able to buy groceries once a month, I now have to change my spending habit to weekly, but even then to sustain this on my salary is impossible when you discover the game changes because you exceed the goal. Now I will not meet my iPhone benefit goals as a result. Be cautious if you are considering switching to discovery bank, the vitality bank spend goals will leave you out in the cold and prejudice you as a bank client.

Shoddy service and money hungry organisation
What a shocking experience, I needed someone to fix my leaky washing machine, having used this company 5 years ago I never hesitated to contact them, to my surprise they refused to come out until I paid upfront for labour and call out , then after the faulty part was repaired the technician proceeded to convince me to replace a whole lot of additional parts that were still working due to the machine being old, which would have cost me the same as a new machine ! After that he refused to leave until I paid the cost of the part despite not being able to send me the invoice for this, not only that they were quick to take my money for the call out and sloppy to arrange a technician to come out , I had to phone and nag them and only once I asked for them to refund my money if they were not prepared to come out did a technician call me the following day for a booking

Pet supplies scam
Shocking experience, I ordered on the 17/7 only to find out that they cancelled my order - no refund and no explanations - was wondering what was taking so long for my delivery and only young going into my account today , did I see order cancelled! No email notification and now I’m out of pocket without my supplies ! Never again and stay away from this supplier
