Mismanagement of owner and tenant funds

Repeated billing errors, mismanagement of owner and tenant funds, misunderstanding of their own processes, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability have resulted in ongoing financial confusion for both myself and my tenant. Despite multiple emails, LeadHome and Only Realty have failed to resolve the matter and are in breach of contract, which they have completely ignored notice of. I am incurring unnecessary legal fees to resolve this and recover what is owed.

I contracted an agent to reduce my administrative burden of a rental property and to reduce the risk of needing lawyers if there were tenant issues. This has been (and still is) an administrative nightmare for me, unsettling for my tenant, and here I sit incurring lawyer fees to resolve the agency issues. I would absolutely not recommended LeadHome / Only Realty for rental property management!
