Repeated billing errors, mismanagement of owner and tenant funds, misunderstanding of their own processes, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability have resulted in ongoing financial confusion for both myself and my tenant. Despite multiple emails, LeadHome and Only Realty have failed to resolve the matter and are in breach of contract, which they have completely ignored notice of. I am incurring unnecessary legal fees to resolve this and recover what is owed. I contracted an agent to reduce my administrative burden of a rental property and to reduce the risk of needing lawyers if there were tenant issues. This has been (and still is) an administrative nightmare for me, unsettling for my tenant, and here I sit incurring lawyer fees to resolve the agency issues. I would absolutely not recommended LeadHome / Only Realty for rental property management!
What is the point of the online insurance quote process if a consultant phones to repeat the whole process and all the questions on the phone.... what a waste of time!!!
Deceptive website. Unkept timeline. No (not even poor) communication, but also poor communication. No invoice. Diver asked me for the collection address en route. 2 days late with no communication thereof or decent reason. When delivery was not possible (because 2 days late fell on a public holiday) threaten to charge me for storage. I had to go out of my way to arrange access for delivery for fear of losing my furniture and money. Pathetic customer interaction and service. Oh, and did not tie down my item of furniture in the van, it ended up on its side.
absolutely pathetic that printed hardcopy documents with ink signatures are required for banking details as a medical provider! Digital signatures and digital copies have been acceptable in just about business I have dealt with in the last few years. why are you stuck in the dark ages MedScheme? not to mention that as a busy medical professional I do not have the time to go get things printed, go to the police station and the bank, and a courier (not to mention what the courier costs me) step into 2021 and join us in the digital world please! so that your your clients can have a better experience in my practice.
After 2 weeks of trying to get my order going and get connected to internet I gave up because of lack of communication, incompetence, missed deadlines and unfulfilled promises. Not even the manager phoned me back as promised! Cancellation was another nightmare with the same lack of and poor communication. Finally when someone did start the process is was also a ****** mess! Now I sit in my fourth week of no internet (with 3 people working and schooling at home, I might add) because the new provider cannot connect due to the complete incompetence of WebAfrica and it's Staff.
