I was without hot water for 3 days, trying to get joy from a company after registering the claim with ABSA. Eventually I registered the claim again and FOGI Plumbing Solutions sent Leak Tech to do the work. Minutes after receiving the call to inform me that a plumber would fix the problem, my door bell rang. Thank you for excellent service and so very professional, something which is lacking these days. Within an hour they left my premises and matter resolved. Why can this not be the norm? Please support Leak Tech. I will definitely use them again. Thank you FOGI for sending them to bless me! One VERY happy customer smiling again.
