If you're looking for reliable and responsive managing agents, I would strongly advise steering clear of this company. Communication is a consistent issue. Leana rarely responds unless repeatedly followed up with multiple emails. At our last AGM, when a homeowner raised concerns about the lack of responses, she responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, stating that homeowners should simply continue following up until they receive a reply. This is not an acceptable standard of service. More concerning, however, is the lack of urgency and accountability in serious situations. Following a security incident in December, where intruders entered the complex and a resident was allegedly held at gunpoint, a formal petition was submitted on 8 January requesting a Special General Meeting (SGM). Despite numerous follow-ups, no date or arrangements for this meeting have been communicated. While levy statements are sent out consistently and on time, the same level of efficiency is clearly not app**** to addressing homeowner concerns, complaints, or critical matters. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this managing agent.

AWFUL AWFUL DISMISSIVE NONCHALANT SERVICE! They will not lift a finger! In fact one of the most severe experiences of gaslighting. They don't do a single thing with complaints received and dismiss every single thing. I could die! We have lived so uncomfortably and been harassed by my neighbour and Leana said it's not their issue. Even when he installed lights that shine onto my property and through my blinds. I am horrified!!! If it's not written in the rules, even if it compromises your privacy, they fold their arms.

They lack the ability to take accountability. They always seem to be on the defensive when you contact them, or follow up on things, they always have some or other excuse for tasks not being completed, follow ups not being done, like there's no drive for customer satisfaction. Seems they forget that property owners are their clients..not the other way around. Would not recommend.

Totally disgusted by Leana Property Consultants in Strand / ( twin palms) Our vehicle was vandalized by another tenant who was drunk as well as the property vandalized with eggs but yet you did nothing to help us resolve this matter. How do you manage a property where residents' vehicles are damaged and you don't care at all? You didn't even bother doing an investigation. Totally disgusted by your attitude. Now I need to pay R2000 for a new light and all you have to say is sorry its a ''civil matter'.
