Purchased 3 tablets on black Friday and was promised delivery after 3 days, but I never received the tablets. i logged a call with Capitec on the 1st of December to help me recover the money as the order was not fulfilled, Capitec then said that i must wait for a month to lapse before i can log a call as am not sure if the products will not be delivered, i did explain to Capitec that this seems like **** and their website is down and requeted that they block them from withdrwaing the money but capitec said that there is nothinn they can do i must call on the 25th of December to log a call, i called them on the 25th of December and they said that i must provide them with proof fo that they can investgate and i did so, but they never got back to me. I have been following up since January, and Capitec keeps sending me from pillar to post
