Awfully POOR ACCOMODATION kitch furnished no hot water ***** area
Horrific Experience I was ******* fooled into paying nearly R8000 for 8 people when we were only 6 told system mixed up that amount be adjusted in the morning we ended up in a converted garage nothing like it shows on internet bad area busy street we were made to stay in a ramshackle place no electricity fridge hot no TV no plugs no hot water i was standing in pouring rain lodge reception won't open to even help with boiling water. Gravely dissappointed I sat all night in stale smelling room ****toaches black mould in bathroom, never got into bed exhausted next morning was promised a partial refund though a full refund should be given it has been days no reaction I was ****** literally ******. Stay away the theme old Elvis kitch furniture and cheap carpets that smell really bad.Thuys De Lange it's a shame that all your staff have to apologize for your refusal to address the grave situation that THEY HAVE TO SAY SORRY ON YOUR BEHALF !!!!SHAME ON YOU

28 Dec 2023, 10:03I overpaid by R2000! I was supposed to pay for 6 people 4 adults 2 children cost nearly R8000 I was told It would be rectified!!We had no hot water abd very little electricity!!

No electricity in tv or any plugs work8ng, only cold water dirty carpets smelly rooms very old fashioned, one room a converted garage this confirmed by a staff member.What shambles!! I was not offered another three replacemen rooms, I stood in the rain at midnight trying t get hot water in a kettle
but forced to sit upright waiting for the next ****roach to appear. This ordeal on Christmas Eve. It is located in a old house, this Lodge old fashioned very uncomfortable in general in a main road noise busy unpleasant.I experienced 8nterbet advertising deceptive.
