6 N9vemb3r 2024 put in a lighting damage claim and eventually got through to A man by the name Franco Du Preez told him what happened I sent screenshot of everything required he never responded much eventually my computer was picked up I then received a call from another person many weeks later who fid not know what was going on eventually after l9ng conversation he said he would re submit the claim as Franco fid it incorrectly I have in total sent Franco 10 emails the times I have managed to get Franco on line it was flus5ered excuses that he was busy but i am also a client?I am in desperation podting as i have no alternative here. During a long period struggling to get reaction one Assessor also called and it was clear she knew not much sbout anything
When I first called this Company I was told 3 day claims immediate callbacks fast efficient service. Shaena Venter promised so many wonderful things but in the end it has been a rocky road. When you call in you listen to a very extremely annoying voice. Usually because of the person voice you want to cut the call then you have a person Usually capetonian accent on the line aldo not recommended as its difficult to make out what they are saying. I am never called back told oh we tried to call but why is my phone never ringing ? It has been a very frustrating experience this far as Virseker does not have a user friendly but rather primitive Online Client portal.

Horrific Experience I was ******* fooled into paying nearly R8000 for 8 people when we were only 6 told system mixed up that amount be adjusted in the morning we ended up in a converted garage nothing like it shows on internet bad area busy street we were made to stay in a ramshackle place no electricity fridge hot no TV no plugs no hot water i was standing in pouring rain lodge reception won't open to even help with boiling water. Gravely dissappointed I sat all night in stale smelling room ****toaches black mould in bathroom, never got into bed exhausted next morning was promised a partial refund though a full refund should be given it has been days no reaction I was ****** literally ******. Restaurant dirty grimy food really poor toilets everywhere filthy I can only say biggest dissapoinment of our lives!
