LeeBex had a dress on sale on the 20th December 2020, I ordered the dresses, got my order number and paid the order, the next day the manager is requesting my banking details to refund me as she canceled my order because the dress is now R799 the next day after I paid my order, I called her, rebecca said I can take her to consumer rights but she will not send my order, the same order that I paid for telling me "Candice you are unreasonable" when I reminded her that the price you see and pay for is the valid price for the items, if you as the manager made a mistake putting incorrect prices on your website that's not the comsumers fault, that is your responsibility as a manager to know the rights of the consumer and not be unprofessional and unethical to slam the phone down in my ear, I ordered dresses by you before, I will never again support this business due to rude, unprofessional, unethical, no people skills, does not follow consumer rights business, I never came across such a unpleasant experience with a unprofessional manager in my life, Leebex, Rebecca and you dare tell me "do watever you want to ensure you sleep at night, " well Rebecca how do you sleep knowing you did not send an order I placed and paid for? You are withholding my goods I paid for, so how do you sleep knowing you slam phones in customers ears? Yoooh what a shame, what a disappointment and disgusting disgrace
