I recently bought dress from them for the first time and it was delivered to me with a small hole on it. When I called and informed them, they said I should message them on Whatsapp (No apologies). They then tell me that I need to go to PnP (Aramex) to return the dress and they'll inspect it. At first I was taken aback so I agreed. After an hour, I tell them that I'm disappointed by their lack of apology and their expectation for me to return a dress that they sent torn. Instead of apologising, they tell me that they weren't aware that I was upset. I'm literally telling them, but they don't see that as an opportunity to rectify. Highly disappointed by their service if you can call it such.

LeeBex had a dress on sale on the 20th December 2020, I ordered the dresses, got my order number and paid the order, the next day the manager is requesting my banking details to refund me as she canceled my order because the dress is now R799 the next day after I paid my order, I called her, rebecca said I can take her to consumer rights but she will not send my order, the same order that I paid for telling me "Candice you are unreasonable" when I reminded her that the price you see and pay for is the valid price for the items, if you as the manager made a mistake putting incorrect prices on your website that's not the comsumers fault, that is your responsibility as a manager to know the rights of the consumer and not be unprofessional and unethical to slam the phone down in my ear, I ordered dresses by you before, I will never again support this business due to rude, unprofessional, unethical, no people skills, does not follow consumer rights business, I never came across such a unpleasant experience with a unprofessional manager in my life, Leebex, Rebecca and you dare tell me "do watever you want to ensure you sleep at night, " well Rebecca how do you sleep knowing you did not send an order I placed and paid for? You are withholding my goods I paid for, so how do you sleep knowing you slam phones in customers ears? Yoooh what a shame, what a disappointment and disgusting disgrace

I love their service, even when ordering via WhatsApp. I wish they could give more product details e.g what size the model is wearing, product mateial, the back and side pictures of the product.

It is the 25th of September. A month later, still haven't received my order. Even after my review. So much for seven days delivery. I was told about the huge amount of orders they have. Then xenophobic attacks... I really love their clothes., but sjoe!!!!!

Leebex does not stick to the 7 day delivery of orders. I placed and paid for my order on 23 August. It is 11 September and I still don't have me package. This after numerous calls to Leebex.
