Worst service ever, been struggling over a month to return a damaged item bought online, unprofessional staff from the returns department never replies to email, you constantly still have to call just to hear excuses. Will never ever buy online again from makro. I will not recommend their online service due to their return department
Sterns Canal Walk please advise me as per Customer consumer rights, is the price you see the price you pay The price I saw and took pictures of( the price sterns canal walk advertised in their store window) Apparently this does not apply to your store as i was told by assisting manager, manager on duty 24 July 2022 in the afternoon , The store assistant told me there is a thing missing meaning there is a number missing on the equipment you use to advertise according to her it maybe fell off there in the window, wow what a search as we could not find that number that is missing in the window. we all looked and could not find it. How unprofessional as the staff had no idea of the customer consumer rights that the price i see is the price i pay as you advertised at that current moment and not a hour later, How unprofessional and unethical and fraudulent is was to tell me i must come and see the manager on Tuesday morning , for what? for a why? how rude to think that because of your alleged mistake i now have to make time, find a way to travel to canal walk because the manager said so, i was in your store ready to pay the price we all saw and the proof i have in my phone , when the price scanned more than the advertised price. is is not your responsibility to advertise the correct amount? is it not your responsibility to ensure your staff and you as manager whom they called for a second opinion to know the customer consumer rights act? is it not your responsibility to ensure that the customer in store initially pays and goes out of the store with her item was she wanted to pay and get the item, but due to your lack of knowledge ,lack interpersonal skills, incompetent to problem solving and this is problems Sterns Staff created, poor communication skills, bad manners(manager not even greeting just told the sore assistant no we cant give it to her ) while i was standing there. please investigate this matter, i give you permission to use your store camera's to check what happened. and get back to me asap. and also note i did tell the store assistant to remove the item from the window as it is mine....do not advertise that item any further. i also did inform the staff that i dont work for Sterns hence it is not my duty to ensure the items are marked correctly, so please don't make it my problem. Please let me know the outcome of this matter according to protocols and procedures and do take into consideration the acts and laws.
LeeBex had a dress on sale on the 20th December 2020, I ordered the dresses, got my order number and paid the order, the next day the manager is requesting my banking details to refund me as she canceled my order because the dress is now R799 the next day after I paid my order, I called her, rebecca said I can take her to consumer rights but she will not send my order, the same order that I paid for telling me "Candice you are unreasonable" when I reminded her that the price you see and pay for is the valid price for the items, if you as the manager made a mistake putting incorrect prices on your website that's not the comsumers fault, that is your responsibility as a manager to know the rights of the consumer and not be unprofessional and unethical to slam the phone down in my ear, I ordered dresses by you before, I will never again support this business due to rude, unprofessional, unethical, no people skills, does not follow consumer rights business, I never came across such a unpleasant experience with a unprofessional manager in my life, Leebex, Rebecca and you dare tell me "do watever you want to ensure you sleep at night, " well Rebecca how do you sleep knowing you did not send an order I placed and paid for? You are withholding my goods I paid for, so how do you sleep knowing you slam phones in customers ears? Yoooh what a shame, what a disappointment and disgusting disgrace
Bad service LOW VERY LOw in hospital rates,i wish i could express how disappointed i am in this med aid you are already so expensive then i must pay in more than half of claims,i will not recommend this med aid to anyone,working in health care i advise patients to think carefully about this med aid not to bad mouth you i just tell them what happened and what stress you put me through !its stressful enough being hospitalised then you add stress with all this claims you pay LESS than i have to pay#please cancel my discovery health as well a my discovery insure!!!!!they say 100%cover but still i need to pay in ,with operation done procedure was authorised you pay only R5200 of R11 000 claimed i feel that is unfair that i must pay more than half of that claim i understand i have to pay the Dr extra because she was not in your preferred providers but why must i pay extra for procedures done in hospital also and why if my son is in hospital when R1200 claimed you pay the Dr only R580 now i must pay the rest?i was sedated they put me to sleep then they took my son out of me,how was i suppose to ask the paediatrician are you in the scheme rate?? AGAIN i have to pay in more than half! #
