A heartfelt thanks to the amazing team at Legacy Pet Cremation. You have shown the utmost respect and compassion to our Big Boy and we are very grateful for that. He deserved only the best and you gave it to him.

How they treat your beloved Pets at Legacy Pet Cremation services I am writing this on behalf of someone i know very well, If anyone is thinking of using legacy pet cremation... Just keep this in mind We think they treat our pets with the same compassion, care and love that we treated our fury babies with.. NO... Some of the staff members at Legacy Pets don't have any regards towards our fur babies... My friend saw a video of A staff member of legacy pets that went to go fetch her dog at a Vet for cremation... Where the guy from legacy pets picks the bag her dog is in up, the bag is open, he sees its open... Picks the bad up, and her dog's body almost hanging out of the bad, with only her head and front feet keeping her inside the bag, he keeps on walking onwards to the Van, knowing she is hanging out of the bag.. This was the only bag this staff member was carrying... They don't treat our pets with love and care or even compassion as we think... Yes many people had good experiences with Legacy pets, but behind the scenes we don't know how our pets bodies are treated before being given to us. Legacy pets uses the excuse that it's been a few weeks ago, but does it make a difference if it was today or 2 weeks ago?.. It was stil done. They say it is allegations thats been made... Yet the owner of the dog has the proof of how her pet was treated? The owner Dave says he makes sure the situation will be handled and proper training will be given to the staff, yet there are complaints of other pet owners that went through a similar experience.. So do they do what they say? Remember that, the next time u think of who to choose for your fur babies cremation.

Our Jack Russel was euthanised at Grassy Park SPCA and we were given the option of a private cremation. It was done via Legacy Pet Crematorium. We received a call from the SPCA that the ashes arrived. When it was collected we were so impressed with the way it was presented and it was comforting to know that the pet who gave us so much love, laughter and fun was treated with so much dignity and respect till the end. Thank you so very much Legacy Pet Crematorium for respecting an animal after it's death and making us as the human family feel grateful. People call pet *****s stupid, I was one of them who said it's only a dog until I met our boisterous Jack Russel which was named Butters. Keep up the good work and thanks once again

Skye, a Border Collie girl, was my best friend for 14 years and I loved her very dearly. She passed away a year ago and on this anniversary I wanted to create a lasting memento which incorporated some of her ashes. Legacy's website had many options to choose from and I found the perfect one. A beautiful, unique, aquamarine candle holder made from blown glass which includes a sparkling swirl of her ashes. It now stands next to her photograph and makes me smile each time I walk by. I enjoyed their website, appreciated their efficient and prompt service, and loved the end product, wrapped in a velvety green drawstring bag and accompanied by a card from the Glass Master. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Legacy.

Please be aware the timing of return of ashes can be up to 2 weeks due to collection of bodies being once a week and if your timing is out you will wait like us for our baby's ashes with the thought of your pet being in a fridge. In our case euthanasia 2nd March 2023 return of ashes still to happen but scheduled for 16the March 14 days later not comforting or good service.

We received very kind and caring service from Ms Dellen Harvey, the Office Manageress, when our dearly beloved kitty, Mufasa, had to be buried. Legacy has a beautiful pet cemetery on their property. It is quiet, in a beautiful garden, and very neatly kept. We were very impressed. She went the extra mile to accommodate our wishes. I can sincerely recommend their services. Their prices are also very reasonable.
