I received a message from the Sanlam WhatsApp platform stating that I had not made a lump sum investment in my Central Retirement Annuity Fund during the last 3 years. I rep**** that I had actually made a lump sum investment every year by debit order that they processed every year. I also received a tax certificate confirming my contributions every year. I tried to phone them, but I could only get hold of a useless BOT, regardless which number I phoned. They eventually, after asking questions that I had to answer orally, put me in line to speak to an agent. However, I hung on for 15 minutes, by which time they discontinued my call automatically. I eventually found a way of leaving a message requesting them to phone me back. Eventually Tandeka phoned me back. She listened to my problem about the weird WhatsApp message. She then said that she is in another division, that she could not assist me, and that she could not put me through to the retirement annuity division either. I thanked her for being useless and rang off. The whole experience has left me thoroughly disgusted with their service. They wasted my airtime and I am still no further in sorting out my problem. They only supply their numbers that are manned by a BOT (the same bot) and that have very few agents to talk to. How can a large company as Sanlam be so extremely useless?
Yesterday my car gave me problems. It accelerated erratically. It seemed like the car was smothering. It left me stranded next to the road. I phoned Patrick of PP Mobile Mechanic. He turned up in about 40 minutes, diagnosed the problem as a blocked-up fuel filter, cleaned the filter, and them replaced it. Afterwards the car went beautifully!
My car wouldn't start properly, even after getting a new battery. In desperation I phoned up Patrick of PP Mobile Mechanic late in the afternoon. He came out the next morning and speedily found the problem (alternator). He serviced and fixed the alternator. While he was there, he also fixed the gears that were getting stuck in reverse, realigned the petrol pipes that were connected the wrong way around, checked the spark plugs, breaks and oil. I was very impressed with his efficient, speedy service. He is very knowledgeable and good at diagnosing car problems.
I received documentation from ABSA Insurance about my home-owner's insurance policy. There were a lot of mistakes in the details regarding the property and my personal details. I sent an email with the relevant pages scanned in, requesting the changes. Nothing happened! Eventually, days later, I phoned up ABSA Insurance. Every time I get through, after holding on forever, the person answering the phone just doesn't answer it, but also does not cut me off. It just goes quiet. Eventually I got through to a person (Martha) answering the initial line. She suggested phoning another number for another building. I did so. Eventually I got through to a new trainee called Reatlegile Sibanda. She looked up the policy query case number and noticed that no amendments had been done yet (what a surprise)! She found my email with the attached pages detailing the changes. She asked me to hang on while she did them. Then she came back to my call and informed me that she had already sent me the updated policy to my email address. I checked, and she had done all the amendments correctly! I was very surprised, seeing as she is still only a trainee! She brightened my day totally! After holding on for nearly an hour, from the first time that I started phoning ABSA Insurance, this bright lady has finally sorted out my problem! My spirits lifted and my faith was restored in humanity! She should be put on the permanent staff and given a promotion! Well done Reatlegile! Your prompt, excellent service is very much appreciated!
Florida Veterinary Hospital is staffed by extremely professional staff. They go above and beyond expectations. I can recommend them unreservedly. I have been taking my 9 cats to them for some years, and has always been satisfied with their services.
My cat had to have a full-mouth extraction. This operation can only be done at Onderstepoort because the ordinary suburban vets do not have all the equipment that is very expensive. The gave superb, very professional service and looked after our cat very well. I can recommend them unreservedly.
They are supposedly doing an upgrade in our area. We now have no connectivity for days! Last weekend we had none, this weekend since Friday 10:20 am we had none, just as month end approaches and we have to do our internet banking! It is also the deadline for uploading our SARS interim tax returns! Last Thursday we also had no coverage! I am thoroughly GATVOL of VUMATEL!!!
I am receiving very bad service from Indwe Risk Services. I was assigned to a new broker last year. Ever since then, whenever I want to get hold of him, which is not often, he is either not at work that day, or out of the office, or on multiple calls, or he has "just stepped out for a while". His name is Nathan Naidoo. Today I have decided that I have just had enough of this bad service. After holding on for 24 minutes to speak to him, and with the telephonist assuring me that she had informed him that my call is waiting, he again "just stepped out"! He would apparently phone me back soon as he will be out just for a little while. Well, it is now 45 minutes later, and he has not bothered to return my call. I have been with Indwe for many years. Previously I was assigned to a wonderful lady by the name of Corne Lundy. She was a star, very helpful, very knowledgeable and very efficient. However, now that I have been re-assigned to Nathan, I am treated very shabbily. Indwe is are very happy to receive my premiums, but is not so happy to provide a service in return! I am of the opinion that I should switch to another insurer that really wants my business. I would certainly not recommend Indwe to any of my friends ever again!
I have made use of this company in 2010 and also very recently in 2022. Their work is very neat and they try their best to please their customers as far as the design lay-out is concerned. I am very pleased with their services and can recommend them to anybody who needs engraving done on niche stones, headstones, etc. Their customer service and friendly assistance is exemplary. Their engraving is of top quality.
We received very kind and caring service from Ms Dellen Harvey, the Office Manageress, when our dearly beloved kitty, Mufasa, had to be buried. Legacy has a beautiful pet cemetery on their property. It is quiet, in a beautiful garden, and very neatly kept. We were very impressed. She went the extra mile to accommodate our wishes. I can sincerely recommend their services. Their prices are also very reasonable.
