I wrote about mudau last time at klerksdorp branch and nothing was done by head office, this man treated me unfairly and now my divorce case is finalized with the unsatisfactory outcomes because I was not there , I don't even know where to start when things are like this. I filed a complaint and I know head office might respond here by saying I should file a complaint. 0730742203

In 2019 I took my case to Legal Aid, when I went to check my reference they say the computer is down I better phone because of the distance

State of legal Aid Board in Ladysmith
I have been having a problem for almost a year now. A law company has garnished my wages without a court order. I have been to court and was ask to go to legal aid and they can help me with a impeachment and recover my money. I have been running to the ladysmith legal aid board since November 2020 and after 10 months tells me sorry we cannot help you. What is that. They are useless.

State of legal Aid Board in Ladysmith
I have been having a problem for almost a year now. A law company has garnished my wages without a court order. I have been to court and was ask to go to legal aid and they can help me with a impeachment and recover my money. I have been running to the ladysmith legal aid board since November 2020 and after 10 months tells me sorry we cannot help you. What is that. They are useless.

They work for free so you get what you pay for.....
I have left numerous messages the attorney who had "helped" me with my matter. In the lasr week of December 2017 before Legal Aid closed I left 8 messages for Tsepo. I now again phoned and a lady by the name of Bongi told me its a new year, leave the problem with it. Let's start afresh. Wonder if they attend to messages etc will there be more order in their office but I guess like everything in this country nothing is seen as important. Krugersdorp Legal Aid NOT the most helpful

Dear Peter<br> My sister (Sibusisiwe Rose Mbonani) passed on 16 June 2012 leaving behind her mother, sister, brothers and a daughter (Sihle Mbonani 11). At the time she was working at Charlotte Magxeke hospital as a nurse. She was the sole breadwinner and since her death, the family is struggling to survive especially her daughter Sihle. She needs money for school, uniform, food, clothes, etc. A lady by the name Nandipha Tuntulwana (078 401 4500) a representative of the Legal Aid Board, appointed herself as the executor of my sister's estate without the family consent. Up until now, the family haven't received any feedback or communication from Nandipha or the legal aid board.<br> <br> Peter, can you please make a follow up on our behave on this matter? To ascertain if the deceased employer has payed to the legal aid trust account under Nandipha and why she does not communicate with the family?
