The solution helped me to clear my debt so, I have no complaints about that. I can't say it was a painless experience, though. Early on (3 years ago), there was a lot of back and forth on minimum payments to banks etc. The communication between the company and the creditors is not very good. There were many times in the 3 years when I got calls or emails threatening legal action and I had to call LD Solutions to follow up. If they can ensure that when they take over, they maintain good communication with the creditors, it will truly be a stress-free experience for the client. I am happy to develop a solid stakeholder engagement strategy for them if they want :) LOL. Other than that, I am truly grateful for the service, and they have some very friendly people working there. The ability to drop them a WhatsApp message and request call-backs made those back-and-forth matters easier. My advice to anyone taking on the service, either with LD Solutions or any other debt counsellor, is to keep a track of payments and projections. Ask questions even if it makes you sound stupid. I did this and I don't regret it. All things said and done, I thank you, LD Solutions!
