The solution helped me to clear my debt so, I have no complaints about that. I can't say it was a painless experience, though. Early on (3 years ago), there was a lot of back and forth on minimum payments to banks etc. The communication between the company and the creditors is not very good. There were many times in the 3 years when I got calls or emails threatening legal action and I had to call LD Solutions to follow up. If they can ensure that when they take over, they maintain good communication with the creditors, it will truly be a stress-free experience for the client. I am happy to develop a solid stakeholder engagement strategy for them if they want :) LOL. Other than that, I am truly grateful for the service, and they have some very friendly people working there. The ability to drop them a WhatsApp message and request call-backs made those back-and-forth matters easier. My advice to anyone taking on the service, either with LD Solutions or any other debt counsellor, is to keep a track of payments and projections. Ask questions even if it makes you sound stupid. I did this and I don't regret it. All things said and done, I thank you, LD Solutions!

I was lucky to get Alfred Mashishi as the consultant when I requested a quote from Outsurance. He was so efficient and pleasant. He had me laughing and I could throw in some sharp one-liners too. It was like talking to a friend. And naturally I got an incredible quote for car and household insurance. It would have been a travesty to say no to Alfred and Outsurance. To Alfred I say please keep being the person you are. You are a ray of sunshine! Outsurance, give this man a bonus.
Mandisa called me today to offer me a device upgrade (for 3 devices) and because I'm a picky one, I had her online forever while I researched the phones. She was friendly, patient and very helpful. She deserves a reward for what I put her through! Then a few minutes after the call ended, I realised that I did not choose the colour of my phones and called the customer care line hoping to get Mandisa again but the system was not set up like that. I spoke to Shahana instead who was able to access the order and confirm the colours. Again she was patient, friendly and helpful. Turns out in the time that Mandisa was online with me, she developed an instinct for what I would like and made sure that my parents' phones were different colours (same make). So I actually didn't have to make the call but am so glad that I was online with two amazing reps who indulged my weirdness! Please ensure they both get recognition for their good work because I can be really difficult! And I also despise call centre calls...
Zithobeni was extremely kind, efficient and kept in contact as promised every step of the way. I am now signed up and ready to be debt free. Will review the company again as time passes.
