I would strongly advise against using Legatus!!!

It has been over a year and a half since we began the process of finalising my grandfather's will—an estate that is straightforward, with no businesses or complex assets involved. The delay is completely unacceptable.

Throughout this time, communication from Legatus has been virtually nonexistent. Every time we manage to get in touch, we’re met with a new excuse or issue, with no real progress being made. This ongoing pattern of incompetence and lack of transparency has left us extremely frustrated.

We are now in the process of appointing legal representation to escalate the matter, as this situation is far beyond reasonable delays. It is clear to us that this should have been resolved long ago.

Dealing with Legatus has been a deeply disappointing experience. Proceed with extreme caution—you may come to regret it as we have!!
