This is the 2nd estate legatus trust was appointed with as executor by my family. The 1st one was in December 2020 with the demise of my father. We were aware EFBOE-LEGATUS TRUST was a well known and established company and expected a smooth and great service . Well, after much frustration and a myriad of emails we can say we were shocked with the couldn't care attitude of the appointed administrator. Emails were not acknowledged, went unanswered for periods of time. Intermittent communication for the duration of time.. After 26 months we were jubilant that the estate was finalized. However, in October 2022 ,the process was repeated with the same administrator with my aunts' estate. At first monthly milestone reports were sent which was a huge improvement . I've received my last report on 31October 2023 . which I couldn't read and had to contact their service provider to resolve the issue. On 17 January 2024 I ve sent an email to ask about the progress since October. No acknowledgement or response. On 23rd January I've sent a client complaint submission form to info@efboe. No acknowledgement or response. On 24th January I've received an email which was a response to my email sent 17 January. However, must admit there is staff that does the company's name justice. EFFICIENT which was a big pleasure to deal with.
