Monomotapa What an absolute disappointment. We had to check out this morning due to a break in our house. This happened 23rd December 2023 after we went to bed. Our privacy was invaded and we no longer feel safe. We did not see any security or patrol at any point during our stay and the fact that people came into our house does not make it right.
I would like to formally complain about this and request a refund.
The fact that the receptionist just said sorry and did not give us any assurance that they are working on a plan is totally unacceptable. This was by far the worst experience ever and the 1st bad experience that mad us not feel safe at all.
My children are traumatized by all of this and this is a great inconvenience for my family. The following items where ******: 3 Samsung tablets with 2 charges Lacoste sneakers Alcohol from the cooler box Samsung airpods
We waited for police to arrive with no success I asked the receptionist to send us a copy of the incident report and case number and still waiting.
The fact that they can lie in a customers face to say that this is the 1st time such has happened yet we hear a different story and see different reviews is so scary. This shows that it's only a business transaction and not about the customers experience pulling our safety at risk.
I need my money back and a refund for the Christmas lunch scheduled for tomorrow.
