Good day please assist me with an ongoing query with Renette from Legend Signature clubhouse. We booked at Monomotapa on the 22nd December Legend Signature clubhouse Christmas menu was shared with us as guests and my family made a booking which we paid for on the 23rd December 2023 to secure space. On the 24th something traumatic happened, a burglary into our villa where our belongings were ****** and compromising our safety. We decided to leave on the 24th as our kids were traumatized and Renette knew what had happened and that we had no choice but to leave and cancel our booking. I have been requesting for our refund since then and she is failing to respond to this request and ignoring my correspondence. How can you take our money for lunch that we could attend and not want to pay us back? I need my money back please refund me my money. This experience @ Legend Golf & Safari Resort has been a bad experience for our Christmas holiday.
Monomotapa What an absolute disappointment. We had to check out this morning due to a break in our house. This happened 23rd December 2023 after we went to bed. Our privacy was invaded and we no longer feel safe. We did not see any security or patrol at any point during our stay and the fact that people came into our house does not make it right. I would like to formally complain about this and request a refund. The fact that the receptionist just said sorry and did not give us any assurance that they are working on a plan is totally unacceptable. This was by far the worst experience ever and the 1st bad experience that mad us not feel safe at all. My children are traumatized by all of this and this is a great inconvenience for my family. The following items where ******: 3 Samsung tablets with 2 charges Lacoste sneakers Alcohol from the cooler box Samsung airpods We waited for police to arrive with no success I asked the receptionist to send us a copy of the incident report and case number and still waiting. The fact that they can lie in a customers face to say that this is the 1st time such has happened yet we hear a different story and see different reviews is so scary. This shows that it's only a business transaction and not about the customers experience pulling our safety at risk. I need my money back and a refund for the Christmas lunch scheduled for tomorrow. Help me in getting this out to all relevant people and formally lay a complain. Help me get my money back as well. This is unacceptable that nothing was done and we were told to just claim from our insurance. Where is the customer service here

I just had the worst experience ever from Debonairs Rock Cottage and I keep on telling my family that we should never order there ever. I have had a bad experience on several occasions. I ordered pizza online this evening and it came 2 hours later yet I stay 950m away from the store. I ended up driving there and firstly when I get there I'm advised that driver just left this is an hour later after my purchase. We try to get hold of the driver, he was no where to be found on his phone, eventually he answers his phone and tells us that he is in another area which is very far from my house. Q 1 how does he pass my house to go further away before collecting my food. So driver tells me he is now 6min away my house, before I leave the shop I am the lady to call the driver again and find out if he has arrived then he says 2 min away, I drive back to my house get there, driver not there, waited 10 min before I get a call from the lady who was assisting me and she tells me that the driver is stuck Q2 did the driver not realize that he was stuck, was I mislead by everyone? Only then the store prepared me a new order and was delivered hours later. This was completely unacceptable and my 3kids where so frustrated and hungry. That only ended up eating at 9pm I want my money back, they food was no longer appetizing and was no longer Wray we expected. This just spoiled our Friday eat out. It was horrible
Good day<br> <br> I am so sick and tired of going around for 2 months trying to get my cheque account closed. This all started on the 1st of March 2016 when i went through the whole process of closing my account, i was under the impression that my card was closed as i got confirmation of it being closed(verbally) the bank teller even took my card and tore it up. A month later i'm receiving smses saying \ my account has been over drawn\" i went to the bank again on the 4th April 2016 to find out what this is all about.<br> <br> when i get there it shows that my card is still active and i owe maintenance fees which came 3 weeks after i requested the closure. This is absolutely not acceptable and I am not responsible for any fees that came after i had request to close the card. It is not my problem that the banker teller did not action this request fully and i want that card closed immediately.<br> <br> another thing that made me want to move away from Nedbank is their new image/system where inquiries and tellers are all combined and customers get to spend the whole day in 1 bank waiting to be helped."
I would like to formally lay a complain to DSTV, i have been struggling to get my refund back for the last 3 weeks from DSTV.<br> <br> Every time i call in to follow up i get a different story from the consultants. why is it difficult to refund a customer and give false advise to a customer.
I am very furious that RCS has put my account in arrears. I ALWAYS pay my account every month via the same method of payment (eft) and have them as a beneficiary. RCS has been receiving my payments every month but in April they say i didn't pay. <br> <br> I sent proof of payment and even called in to ask for this mistake to be corrected, and one of the call centre agent confirmed that they received proof of payment and will correct the error. Now I'm getting a May statement that says my account is in arrears. I'm am not going to accept such lies and need this mistake to be rectified with immediate effect. I have attached my proof of payment AGAIN for the 8th time and don't say i haven't been communicating because i have and no one has been replying to my mails.<br> <br> I need an explanation immediately!
