I made a booking at this resort. Firstly they website is misleading. The place doesn't look like that anymore. On arrival we got lost and the manager couldn't direct us correctly. We didn't check in at the reception we were told to get the manager(Andrew) by a room. He didn't know which room we booked and asked us. He had to scurrile for the room keys. We were told the restaurant isn't taking any dinner orders. But we can drive out and get food, 20km out to the nearest town. He said we can book for breakfast and that the restaurant isn't far. Which was a lie! The activities which is shown on the website isn't given on their resort but by the other resort. Saturday after breakfast we decided we want to check out. We called Andrew and told him we will not be staying for another night and we would like a refund. He said he will speak to his boss and asked us to send an email so he can forward it to him.
It's been two weeks and still nothing form them, when I called to ask what is going on. Andrew said his boss won't pay us back and I told him that they are stealing money which we paid for,expecting to enjoy our stay. Which we didn't
