Got a rental from them for a month On delivery they had issues with how my deposit should be paid. But the lady that contacted me said any credit card. I had to give my deposit in cash including the delivery fee. When the car was collected I had to call to find out what if the car was indeed received the lady told me that they are still busy with invoicing I received my invoice They are charging me for refuel when i gave the car full tank, and want to tell me it is for the amount of fuel that was use. The car was collected and I kept receiving speed sms's so my question is where was the person driving?? They double charge me for delivery I called the find out about the charges on my invoice and I was told it will be logged and checked I must call back after 3-7 working days Your service is extremely poor and I don't ever want to deal with you again
I made a booking at this resort. Firstly they website is misleading. The place doesn't look like that anymore. On arrival we got lost and the manager couldn't direct us correctly. We didn't check in at the reception we were told to get the manager(Andrew) by a room. He didn't know which room we booked and asked us. He had to scurrile for the room keys. We were told the restaurant isn't taking any dinner orders. But we can drive out and get food, 20km out to the nearest town. He said we can book for breakfast and that the restaurant isn't far. Which was a lie! The activities which is shown on the website isn't given on their resort but by the other resort. Saturday after breakfast we decided we want to check out. We called Andrew and told him we will not be staying for another night and we would like a refund. He said he will speak to his boss and asked us to send an email so he can forward it to him. It's been two weeks and still nothing form them, when I called to ask what is going on. Andrew said his boss won't pay us back and I told him that they are stealing money which we paid for,expecting to enjoy our stay. Which we didn't
Money was deducted from my account without my consent (multiply). When I queried it I was told my account was in arrears. I was never informed that my account was in arrears. There was no communication about any money being deducted from my account. I want my money back and your communication and admin is UTTERLY POOR
