Good day please assist me with an ongoing query with Renette from Legend Signature clubhouse. We booked at Monomotapa on the 22nd December Legend Signature clubhouse Christmas menu was shared with us as guests and my family made a booking which we paid for on the 23rd December 2023 to secure space. On the 24th something traumatic happened, a burglary into our villa where our belongings were ****** and compromising our safety. We decided to leave on the 24th as our kids were traumatized and Renette knew what had happened and that we had no choice but to leave and cancel our booking. I have been requesting for our refund since then and she is failing to respond to this request and ignoring my correspondence. How can you take our money for lunch that we could attend and not want to pay us back? I need my money back please refund me my money. This experience @ Legend Golf & Safari Resort has been a bad experience for our Christmas holiday.
