Pathetic service

Went there at 11:00 for my son's Har cut and also got an SMS that it will be free and I sat there for 2 hours no oner to assets because it was a free hair cut and a guy by the name of Phumlani was suppose to help us and he just ignored us and help other people that we re going to pay but then it's their promotion for a hair cut and when I asked no one could tell me why no one is not assisting us, very pathetic service received and it was not the first this guy Phumlani is doing this.
