Good customer service

I just want to thank Fortunate L for her excellent service. I asked her for a Lego set that they never have stock off. She took my details and she said that she will contact me when they do. Some people will never do call back. And a week after that she called me to tell me that they have stock and she kept it for me. She went the 100 mile to make my kid happy with his gift.
