I placed an order on the official website on 30 November 2025. I received no feedback or order. On the 17 December I wrote to them on WhatsApp. Nicole who responded said she would attend to the order as a matter of urgency. When revisiting their Whatsapp number today 29 December it says " This is not an easy message to share After two very difficult years I have faced mistakes unexpected change and challenges I underestimated I take full responsibility for the disappointment caused I have been hands on working to repair what has been damaged I cannot offer cash refunds right now but can offer exchanges or store credit I am rebuilding with humility care and accountability Thank you for your patience, Leigh." She should do much better and offer a public statement if this is truly the case. The company should at the very least offer full disclosure at purchasing so that customers can make an informed decision as whether they want to proceed with a purchase that will not be refunded. For a big brand such as theirs they are doing so poorly. Smaller business do better.
