Shocking Reservation Service

I cannot believe the service I am receiving from the reservations desk. I have been trying to make a reservation since 3rd July 2023 via email. I received a reply to every one of my emails days later after insisting someone replies to me and then radio silence. The lady just does not care and is very short off in her responses. I have tried to call for a reservation but the lines are always unavailable.

It is clear that the business is not needed at this establishment.
