I Love Outsurance! I cannot see myself with any other insurers. Someone once said to me, they are expensive. It's not always about cheaper. . Guys..... try them. Their service is outstanding. I moved my home owners insurance from the bank to to them and they reviewed my entire policy, and I ended paying no additional premiums for my homeowners. So technically, I saved myself my entire premium I was paying to the bank. If you still insuring with the bank..... today is the time to move to the experts. I review my policy every year, and they save me money every year. Outstanding Outsuring!
I have been trying to get my credit card issues with Standard Bank sorted for months!! I've been to the branch, I've called the contact center multiple times and just cannot be assisted, I have not been able to access my internet banking for months because my card does not work., Standard Bank has issued me with a new credit card that does not work. I went into the branch and was informed the card in my possession does not exiasit on the system. I waited for a while as was told to rather rather call the contact centre in my own time. I left with no resolution. I called internet banking to assisst with my online and they advised i need to get my pin reset, but I cannot get my pin reset because the bank cannot pick up my card. I eventually decided to call lost card and stop all my cards and have them reissued. I callled in to track my card as no have contacted me about delivery and was told my cards were never stopped. I tried to have my card delivered to me agaon and then was told i failed the security questions as I was asked if i have a signatory on my account and I do not but the agent insisted I do so I failed the security questions. It has been months and I am nowhere near to receiving a new card or getting my online banking sorted. I am so frustrated I simply do not know where to get help on this!
Good Day I had a burst pipe at my home on the Thursday and logged a claim with FNB insurance ref:CAS-11510801-P7L1V7 . I said it was an emergency and was told they would ger back to me in 24hours. Today is Tuesday, 6 days later and I have still not received any communication from FNB to assist with my claim. Not a plumber send out, Not a phone call. NOTHING!!!!!!! This is the most pathetic service any homeowner could receive while being in distress. I now have a high water bill of all the water that leaked out. And I am suppsoed to be a Private Client. Why am I paying fees for preferential services when this is the service received, I needed to contact a plumber to assist me. I am so gutted by this.
I purchased the Tummy toner and bundle and I had terrible side effects to the pills, I informed the company and explained in detail about my experience and after answering their questions they confirmed they would replace my products. The owner asked me which products I would like as a replacement. When I responded to him I was then ignored. This was on the 11 September. I've been sending emails since for the replacement products as promised and am I still being ignored. I even offered to send back the pills I was using and he insisted it was not necessary. And it is not like it was a once off purchase. I made multiple purchases of their products, now that business is booming customer complaints are overlooked. Thank you Gloot for leaving a sour taste to your service, and clearly being a company that do not value your customers. A company only interested in sales. Never can you ignore a customer who has been emailing you since September and think that it is ok. Disappointing to what was suppose to be an exciting journey.
Returned my Airfryer to Game N1 City Two weeks ago and have since not heard from them. They provide no confirmation when returning the item an insisted I will received an Sms which I have not received. I tried calling and now one answers the return desk calls. I cannot speak to a manager because they are always in meetings. I keep calling and I am told to hold and the call gets cut. Two weeks of no feedback on the repair of my item and no proof that I have even returned it to the store. The service at Game is poor to say the least!
Standard Bank Insurance offers online and whatsapp claim submission yet these platforms do not work! I submitted a funeral claim online. You have the option to follow up on WhatsApp but WhatsApp tells you to contact the call center. I called the contact Centre only to be told no claim received. I had to resend all documents and wait another 48hours. Standard Bank Insurance is a division of the bank that always let you down. Always!
I cannot believe the service I am receiving from the reservations desk. I have been trying to make a reservation since 3rd July 2023 via email. I received a reply to every one of my emails days later after insisting someone replies to me and then radio silence. The lady just does not care and is very short off in her responses. I have tried to call for a reservation but the lines are always unavailable. It is clear that the business is not needed at this establishment.
I sent my banker an email over a year ago to close various accounts on my profile. after he confirmed he would these accounts are still not closed and the banker has left Standard Bank. I sent a complaint to the complaint resolutions line about a week now and not surprisingly no response, Exactly why I closed my primary account. You just can't get service.
I called Discovery Bank for general information on their 24 month fixed deposit and was told they do not give general information on the telephone I need to go and search their website. This is an absolute joke! So as a potential client, wanting to invest or rather join the bank I am told that I cannot obtain information on the products telephonically, they cannot answer my questions , I need to browse through the website. Pathetic
I really can't deal with Standard Bank insurance anymore. They are the worse renders of insurance on the market. They take your money every month without fault. Increase your premiums without advising you to double what it was. Every single claim is rejected.... but the joke is, they call you months after you logged it at 7pm in the evening to acknowledge your claim. My previous complaint was just brushed off with a quick telephone apology, and here we are again.....
