It is disappointing to travel far (and embarrassing to invite guests) for a holiday only to arrive at the accommodation without hot water, broken dishwasher, bed bugs and animal droppings on beds which should have been part of basic maintenance, upkeep and cleanliness. In addition, the unit had constant power failures and noise level from the pump was unbearable right at the second bedroom headboard.

Additionally we had to leave two days in advance due to the lockdown. I have been in contact with the owners as well as the agent regarding the issues experienced and no feedback was received regarding the investigation.
